Compete milestone, biasanya mlm aku akan run. Untuk release stress.
Mlm ni easy run je. coz coming event xada until 2017. Lamanya..... Plzzzzz
Route 68-2016, ultra run 50km ke-2 adalah competative run yang terakhir untuk focus dlm study. Alhamdulillah keputusan yang tepat dan amat berbaloi.
Buat geng runners.... sabau ye CRS akan come back nanti.... training jgn xtraining.... nanti CRS potong tang corner hahahahahaha....
Even mlm ni easy run but aku focuskan kepada training dehydration. Even nite run, not give much effect dehydrate. but still ok coz to set how to control amount of water in your body.
Every 2km run aku minum air yg dibawa dgn menggunakan hydration bag. Air just mineral je. Letak ais bagi sejuk hahahaa best wooo hahahahaha learn how to drink during run. Simple but with it to train coz during event, xado nak minum sopan2.... hahahaha
Nice weather, but not simple coz no wind tonite.
Training process:
speed run HR zone 4
dynamic warm-up
Start run with easy pace 5:30-6:30 until the end
Run dgn HR zone 3-4
cool down
balik pekena hazelnut latte sambil tulis blog
